You start your day wherever you work best. From home or from our office in Struga.
The day begins with a short stand-up together with colleagues from different countries. No endless meetings. Just a clear plan, technical discussions, and a team that enjoys building great software together.
From there, you dive into challenging software projects for clients in the Netherlands and beyond. One moment you’re developing scalable backend functionality in Laravel. The next you’re building intuitive user interfaces in React or contributing to mobile applications.
You’ll be involved throughout the complete software development lifecycle; from technical analysis and development to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
We’re looking for a developer who understands business needs, thinks in scalable solutions, and genuinely cares about building clean, secure, maintainable software.

Who are you?
You’re not a developer who simply completes tickets. You enjoy understanding the bigger picture and take pride in building software that is maintainable, scalable, and built to last.
You:
- Have at least 5 years of experience with PHP/Laravel and solid knowledge of React (React Native for mobile is a plus)
- Are comfortable with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Have experience with REST APIs, backend integrations, and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Know your way around Git and modern development workflows
- Understand software architecture, security, and performance, and write clean, maintainable code accordingly
- Communicate confidently in English and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Are proactive, curious, and enjoy collaborating with engineers across disciplines to keep improving both yourself and the software
